I loved the fast reception service, the hygiene that was noticeable in every single facility, and the spa with the pool, sauna, gym and other facilities, was wonderful. Zoya was an excellent masseuse and I recommend her so much, her hands were healing my tense muscles, and the sweet orange scrub with the oil massage was like heaven. Breakfast on point with every single dish that you want to see in a breakfast buffet. I mean this hotel is brand new and it needs all this credit that it really deserves, round of applause from me (9/10)

Our first stay with the Raffles brand, and we were absolutely blown away! From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms are more beautiful than they look on the website. Cleanliness is at a very high level. The staff is responsive and smiling, from the receptionists to the lifeguards. The pool and spa, in my opinion, are second to none in the area. We think we will be staying at the hotel often in the future. We hope that the quality of service provided will remain the same.

Location is perfect, very central. Rooms are very good. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices. Fitness was great, best place in the hotel. Best place to watch Warsaw. Staff at reception and breakfast were very helpful.

The hotel is very centrally located right on the square when the Palace of Culture is located. I had a great view from my room. There were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Although my room overlooked the main street, it was quiet and I was able to sleep well. Breakfast had a great selection and it was served in a very pleasant dining area on the ground floor.

perfect new place out of town, very helpful stuff, we could visit sauna and use jacuzzi for free. very nice place to have a rest from noisy city. everything is clean and new. Lidl located nearly.
