Their warmth and dedication made a real difference in our stay. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and the overall cleanliness and attention to detail were close to perfect. Despite the minor breakfast issues, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting Warsaw!
