Everything was perfect : a new, wonderful ,calm and clean hotel with everything you need. Good location, friendly and polite stuff . Cecilia is simply incredible. From the second we arrived the experience at 9 Dors was exceptional. Our flights were changed so we arrived on the island 5 hours earlier than expected. We went to the hotel to ask to leave our bags, which they happily did but went above and beyond (thanks Pedro!) by giving breakfast!! This was so well received as we had missed our breakfast in the previous hotel due to the flight change. All the staff were amazingly helpful, the rooms beautiful and clean. The breakfast was outstanding with many imaginative offerings for vegans. Our departure flight was early so they gave us breakfast in a bag!! The pool area is gorgeous as is the hotel. Would insist on staying here again. Brilliant.

The property is brand new with welcoming reception area and the apartments are well designed with small kitchen area, comfortable sofa, bed & linens. Good Wi-Fi, water pressure and Smart TV. The rooms are serviced daily and the hotel staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is simple but good. Having the spa, sauna, jacuzzi is perfect after a long hike. Secure private parking and close proximity to downtown is a bonus.
