The service was perfect, and everything, down to the finest detail, was in order. The front desk welcomed me in a very friendly and positive way. I was checking in very late because my flight was delayed, I lost my baggage on the connecting flight, and the rental car service had already closed their offices at the airport, even though the rental had been prepaid and the late arrival was in my contract with the car rental. But something really amazing happened when I came to this nice and cozy hotel, and the service I got totally relieved my mind and made me forget those mishappenings.

The hotel features a permanent archaeological exhibition, as well as modern facilities, like an indoor pool, restaurant, massage room and Turkish bath. Pretty much everything, it was exceptional. The staff, the room, breakfast, location, view from a balcony. There's a pool area with saunas.

The location was convenient and central. We liked the breakfast - live music, fresh food! We didn’t realize that there was a spa, so a great surprise! The property had all the amenities. Loved the spa/sauna and the staff, and also the rooftop terrace/restaurant, what a wiev. Breakfast was splendid, and a welcome drink offered by the hotel was a really nice touch. Also the location is perfect, in the heart of Lisbon by a small street witch was calm enough.

We had a terrific experience at the hotel, from the staff, nice and clean rooms and an amazing breakfast. Too bad our stay was a bit short, we will definitely come back.
