The service was perfect, and everything, down to the finest detail, was in order. The front desk welcomed me in a very friendly and positive way. I was checking in very late because my flight was delayed, I lost my baggage on the connecting flight, and the rental car service had already closed their offices at the airport, even though the rental had been prepaid and the late arrival was in my contract with the car rental. But something really amazing happened when I came to this nice and cozy hotel, and the service I got totally relieved my mind and made me forget those mishappenings.

Loved the spa/sauna and the staff, and also the rooftop terrace/restaurant, what a wiev. Breakfast was splendid, and a welcome drink offered by the hotel was a really nice touch. Also the location is perfect, in the heart of Lisbon by a small street witch was calm enough.
