Stylish, modern, great architecture perfectly built-in the surrounding nature, featuring cool colorful details. The room was great, the view - amazing! I liked the outdoor pool a lot, as well as hot tub with 180* view on the ocean. I also spotted try yoga studio there - will try next time. The staff is very friendly and helpful, check-in and checkout are quick and smooth. The breakfast is amazing, featuring buffet and menu.

The Hotel Baía Azul offers a Spa with an indoor heated pool, a gym, a steam bath, a sauna a relaxation room and 2 massage rooms, where guests can unwind after an active day. It was very neat, the buffet, the restaurant, the pool, everything was great excellent ! We were not that far from Funchal and you can access the Ocean by foot from the hotel.

The roof terrace sports a infinity pool, massage facilities and a 20-metre hot tub with views of Fort São João and the mountains. For further relaxation, Hotel Vine’s spa offers vinotherapy. Central location, overall vibe and beds were very comfy. We had a courtyard/shopping mall interior room which was very quiet. Pool was cool.

Despite big hotel we received warm welcome with personal touch (welcome drink, welcome card with my name printed and free bottle of wine). Room was very spacious with all amenities you need and ved was very comfortable. At departure we even received a small gift. Very pleasant stay.

Les Suites at The Cliff Bay features a heated outdoor swimming pool and a garden in Funchal. Located in the Sao Martinho district, the property provides guests with access to a hot tub, a sauna and three restaurants. We stayed at this hotel for part of our honeymoon and loved our experience. The property was beautiful, the views spectacular, staff helpful and kind, room spacious and clean, and food fresh and delicious. We loved being able to hear the waves against the cliffs and the birds chirping. It's also helpful to note that you can benefit from using the amenities at the sister property next door as well.
