The staff both at the reception at restaurant were spectacular! Both receptionists helped us with all our questions and went beyond with their help. The place is immaculate and the location was within walking distance of all our needs.

We liked everything about this hotel! Starting from the location at a beautiful lake and the views, to the food and activities available (spa zone, lake boat trip, ATV tour to the forest). We especially want to thank the staff and the reception host that helped us book all the activities and was very attentive to all the requests. This is the best service level we have seen in Romania so far. I highly recommend the hotel and plan to come back again.

Very beautiful location, in fron of the lake, big room, comfortable, big bathroom. Good air condition. We were welcome with bottles of water and a bottle of wine, that was very kind. The breakfast is good, with a nice view of the lake, I would add some helathy cereals, and wholemeal bread, I ennjoyed the spa zone also with views of the lake.

The location of the hotel is great. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable. The swimming pool is really great and also the sauna area. The spa is quite small. However, everything is included in the price of the room, so it was a plus.
Food in the restaurant was good and they have terrace with a view of the lake.

Nice clean and tidy hotel. A comfortable and large room. Huge bed. Everything is in good taste. An impressive spa. Great hotel breakfast and restaurant, convenient parking.
Most of all, an amazing team. and especially Ms. Calina. With a heart of gold that took care of rescuing us after we got stuck 15 km from the hotel (sent a driver with a car from the hotel and made sure we arrived safely). many thanks.
