The staff here were exceptional. From Salem who managed to the front desk to Ernie who ran the gym to Jay who oversaw the pool area to many other staff members, I was very pleased and felt like I was among Family and Friends while staying here.
The gym, pool, hot and cold jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were are excellent.

Amazing stay with them..The staff was ver friendly,cooperative and very welcoming..whatever you ask for they get it done for you in no time..buffet breakfast was outclass..highly recommend this hotel.coffee shop at the roof top gives you amazing view..its in the centre...all abha's must visit places are max 10 min drive to the hotel..the reception guy(saudi) is very welcoming and cooperative and has a smile on his face everytime..
