They are helpful and very professional, especially Joe and Tamk. The location, nature, and architecture of the facility are also outstanding. You can come and enjoy a pleasant time without any hesitation.

We stayed in a beachfront villa which was beautiful to wake up to with a glorious sea view . The staff are so so helpful and cater for your every need . Food in the restaurant was amazing - the Thai dishes were the best we have had . Breakfast was first class too . I would definitely recommend this hotel for a chill in paradise!

Wow! Just wow! From our Arrival till we left - everything has been great, more than great! The super friendly and always helpful Staff, our wonderful Pool Suite, the Food, the Service, the Kindness we felt - whenever someone out of the Staff crossed our way, the whole Hotel Complex - so lovely with Plants just everywhere... This has been an absolutely "jackpot" Trip to wonderful Koh Phangan! And there has been nothing more to ask for! We just loved to be there, felt warmly welcome and more than super cared for! We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon, and this is by far the best experience we had in any hotel ever. Hotel is located on a beachfront at chaloklum, and the atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet. First, the rooms - they are huge! Spacious, the pool temperature is perfect, they are extreamly clean and the staff are very attentive to the details! Second, the staff and especially Floyd the guest manager. She was amazing! She was super attentive to our needs, helped us secure taxis and rides even outside the reception working hours, made sure everything was ok with our breakfast and stuff we received by the hotel and if i could have given extra 5 stars i would have given them to her! Would defintely return to this piece of heaven! Super recommended!
