It has all the facilities you are looking for and no detail has been overlooked. It has an incredibly beautiful landscape, you feel like you are in a botanical garden. The rooms were very clean and tidy. There is a beautiful spa-massage center and a very successful restaurant with 2 different concepts. When I looked at the previous comments, they mentioned lizards and we had a small one in our room, but it was nothing to be afraid of, we were not disturbed, it disappeared after 10 minutes anyway. All the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and there is honestly nothing I can write a bad review about. Thank you for your service. I hope we see each other again one day.

I can go on and on about this hotel I loved it so much. The room made me feel like I was at home. My husband and I loved the lay out of it, endless space. We loved the his and her sinks and double shower heads. The cherry on top was definitely the private pool in the room. I’m writing this review 2 weeks after our trip and it’s making me wish that I was still there. The perfect hotel for couples or even a solo trip if you want to unwind and reset. The staff was amazing, everyone was so sweet, so helpful. We had A dinner at the kissing point which was to die for. The best experience of our lives. I’m so glad that I chose this resort as our temporary home for my husband’s 40th birthday!

The architecture and landscaping was amazing and exceptionally beautiful. There were 2 pools, but I didn't discover one until late. My sister-in-law was ill and the staff got a doctor and nurses to come see her in her room almost immediately. She was impressed by the quality of the medical care. She also felt better within a short time and was able to explore a bit. The meals were excellent. My brother and I took the cooking class and it was very well organized and done.

Everything was beautiful and taken care of in the smallest details. The staff was very attentive and well-prepared. Everyone was very good, but one young woman named Miss Vee, restaurant service attendant, stood out for her skill, talent, kindness, and abilities. During our stay at the Veranda Resort, we always had lunch and dinner at the restaurant thanks to the good cuisine but also thanks to the great professionalism and empathy of Miss Vee. We really felt great here.
