Souhail, the Head of Reception, stood out for his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach. His commitment to meeting all guest needs significantly elevated our overall experience, making us feel both valued and cared for. Rahma, the Public Relations representative, showed extraordinary support and kindness. Her prompt and efficient follow-ups on our requests further enhanced our satisfaction and contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their team, including Bilal, Wafa, Eman, Donia, Hakim, Motasim, Qousai, Jalal, Chadi, and Ibrahim, delivered an extraordinary dining experience. The quality and quantity of the food served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were exceptional, on par with a 7-star hotel standard. Their attentiveness and commitment to excellence made each meal a delightful highlight of our day. Special thanks to Chef Najeeb, who treated us like family and ensured all our dining requests were met with the utmost care. His personal attention and dedication made our meals not just delicious but also heartwarming. Additionally, the waiter Jalal deserves specific recognition for his friendly demeanor and sense of humor. His professionalism and efficient way of ensuring our table was always available made our dining experiences feel personal and very homely. The front office reception staff, Hadi and Hadeel, were exceptionally supportive, providing all necessary paperwork and assistance with meticulous follow-up.

The facilities were modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The pool area was serene, and the atmosphere overall was very relaxing. I was especially impressed with the staff’s hospitality. Nawfal at the reception was incredibly welcoming and professional, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Imad from guest relations went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing helpful recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. Their outstanding service truly made our visit memorable.

Ylies was ever so helpfull. We are totally apreciated. The apt is spacious, moderm, clean, safe, and 120m from the beach with crystal blue waters. 100% a good choice. Shopping is also pleasant and easy with a walking distance super market and coffe shops. Even going out at night was few minutes walk to bars and restaurants. Big Bravo.

Everything was perfect about the facility. The location was so close to everything needed such as supermarkets, restaurants and places for leisure. Taxis were available all the time. The security is very guaranteed as nothing can go inside without them knowing and checked. The reception staff were so wonderful especially Ms Anissa who was beyond the perfection, I have never seen in my life such nice and helpful person like her. The food was nice and has a lot other variety. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
