Firstly the staff were all lovely and friendly, we had to book just one night due to an error with our previous hotel, and the process was really smooth to check in; the cafe/restaurant also has delicious cakes and their Turkish breakfast is great quality, would definitely book here if staying in Side again! Wish we had booked here for the whole holiday!

A wonderful hotel. Ideal for me. Spacious rooms, newly renovated, comfortable beds, excellent soundproofing, the food is beyond praise, better than in many 5* hotels - very varied, lots of greens and fruits, always several types of meat and fish. The hotel was 100% full, but there were always enough tables. All the staff deserve praise, but my special thanks to the front manager Musa for promptly resolving all issues. I have already booked a room for next year. A very comfortable and intimate place, not a crowded place like in many large hotels.

A Truly Relaxing and Welcoming Experience! We had an absolutely perfect experience at Akra Sorgun TUI Blue Sensatori. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts that feel overcrowded, this hotel offers a peaceful and spacious atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff were incredibly kind — they upgraded our room free of charge, and also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which gave us even more time to enjoy the hotel. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. You can feel that they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible. Special thanks to Mahir at the bar, who does his job with care and professionalism — always friendly and helpful. You absolutely must try the lentil (mercimek) soup at Safran Restaurant – it’s rich, comforting, and delicious, even on a warm day. Another big plus: we never had to wait in line for anything — everything from restaurants to bars to service was smooth and well-managed. There are just two small suggestions for improvement: 1. At the beach bar, the plastic cups warm up quickly under the sun — maybe insulated or reusable cups would help. 2. After swimming in the sea, there wasn’t a place to hang or leave towels while showering. And leave it after showering by sea. Despite these very minor issues, we had an incredible time. We would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and truly guest-focused all-inclusive experience.

The kindness of the staff is the most outstanding thing from this wonderful place on earth. Congrats to the entire team and managers who all did their best to satisfy really all our needs and requirements and from all other guests in the best way possible. Pool, Hotel, rooms are always perfect cleaned. Cocktails are delicious and huge variety. Food is really fresh, delicious, super varied and different every day and evening. Sometimes even in the breakfast. A la carte restaurants are really delicious also. Quietness of the resort helps you disconnect. Sport activities along with the fitness instructor are an enormous plus. He is so much fun and joy and knowledgeable in the same time! Helped us learn to dance and train daily. Hotel manager is absolutely non stop present and everywhere, taking care of connecting with people in a genuine way and listening to their needs or feelings. This for sure is the biggest plus. Along with the other managers and captains (bar and restaurant captains, super friendly and helpful all the time). Beach is not so far away as in the comments. 2-4 minutes walk from hotel straight to the private beach where u have your own towels received nicely in a bag in your room when u arrive. And drinks on the beach also.

We had an amazing stay at Barut Hemera! The food was excellent, the rooms were very comfortable, and the location is perfect — you can enjoy relaxing walks along the seafront promenade right from the hotel. We stayed as a big group with kids, and the hotel turned out to be an ideal place for a family gathering. There’s everything you need for a great family holiday — beautiful pools, kids' activities, and well-thought-out infrastructure that makes traveling with children easy and enjoyable. A special thank-you to the hotel staff for their kind and professional help when we forgot some of our daughter’s toys in the room. We are especially grateful to Ümmü from the front office management team for the care and support in helping us get them back. It meant a lot to us and to our little one! Highly recommend Barut Hemera for anyone traveling with family — we would love to come back again!

Mit einem Garten und einem saisonalen Außenpool empfängt Sie die Unterkunft Barut B Suites in Side, 6 km von der antiken Stadt Side entfernt. Sauberkeit, Personal war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Essen war in jeder hinsicht qualitativ hochwertig und gut vorbereitet. Eine kompakte und doch sehr vielfältige, erholsame Anlage. Auch der Empfang war sehr herzlich.

We really enjoyed the stay with my family. The hotel is nice and has all major amenities one can think of, food was great and diverse, service was good. A lot of people are complaining about the staff not speaking English and while indeed they are more comfortable with German, we didn't experience any issues with speaking only English. It is a great value for money.

Diese Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Strandabschnitt am Mittelmeer. Freuen Sie sich auf Wellnesseinrichtungen, einen Außenpool sowie Aktivitäten und Einrichtungen im Kinderclub. Hotel was clean, right at the beach, rooms were clean and comfortable. Beach was kept clean, bar service available right to your sun bed. Buffet restaurant had really good food and lots of choices, it didn’t feel crowded even at busy times. We’ve tried also Roka restaurant, beautiful setting and also good food. Some of the evening entertainment was at very high level, we especially enjoyed Michael Jackson show, but all the other ones were fine too. Quick and efficient bar service at the beach and around pool area and during the evening shows. The hotel is mostly catered for adults, not much happening for kids, at least from what we saw, very tiny kids pool, no slides, no kids food corner at the buffet, restaurant even had a separate area no kids/ no phones.
