This room was perfect for a couple with 2 teenage kids. it was spacious and the view was amazing. In less than a 10 minute walk we reached the Niagara falls.

We had a room with a view, and it was absolutely amazing and completely worth the extra money. This is one of THE BEST, if not THE BEST, hotels if you are looking for a room with a view of the falls. I had mentioned during the booking that it was my anniversary. After we returned from an evening exploring, a bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries were waiting for us—such a nice touch. Everything was perfect. I 100% recommend.

The front office staff, Mr. Guljit, Ms.Jenny and an Indian (Sikh) young girl were extremely welcoming and helpful. When I requested Mr.Guljit to upgrade us to Fallsview room, he took full interest and allocated us a good room at the required charges. The location of hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Niagara falls and all main attractions.

We had a room with a great view to the falls. It is expensive, but probably one of the best ways to watch the falls - you can relax in your room and watch as much as you like. The room was good, no complains and same thing for breakfast. You can get directions from the staff about the options in the area and leave your luggage after check-out if you still want to travel around.

The waterpark served its purpose to keep our son amused and we used the hot tub, which was great.
The Fields restaurant we used for breakfast and it was really good value for money at $19.95 with the buffet, but the 15% service charge was a shocker!
Rooms were well stocked, clean and spacious.
