One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Comfortable beds and clean, grandiose rooms with great views. Incredibly complete and diverse breakfast at the rooftop restaurant each morning. Large pool on the sixth floor where we spent a lot of time with our kids. Good workout facilities. FANTASTIC downtown location. Staff was friendly, especially Diego and Fabiano, who helped us throughout our stay. Would highly recommend, and would love to return.

The hotel has a central location and is convenient for many things although the area around it is not so salubrious.The rooms,like the hotel,are a bit tired but decently maintained and very clean.Breakfast is OK but less than one would expect for a seemingly 5 star hotel. Internet worked well.

Room was very spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable!
Location is the best, and the garage is open 24 hours, spacious , and at very reasonable price if you are at the hotel, It’s important when you travel w a car and very few have it.
The breakfast great, variety of foods and options.It was very bussy but no one had to wait for anything, and staff kept cleaning tables and making sure there was plenty of everything .
