Shout out to Tina for her great English, helped us loads when we were around and also to Happy, for his Chinese and English skills as well as how he saw that it was one of our birthdays and got us a birthday cake to celebrate! Super sweet and really appreciated the thought as we couldn’t find a birthday cake. When it rained, the bell boys were always ready with their umbrellas. Before we stepped out of the hotel, they’d always ask if we needed a ride somewhere or if they can help us. Always a step ahead with their service, loved it.
