This is the best hotel I have been in Viet Nam. The staff is super friendly and provides tons of recommendations during checkin. They also gave a goodbye gift. The bedroom was super nice, spacious and comfy. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Hanoi.

Location formidable, next to the lake and it has lake view on the restaurant floor and the rooftop. Very newly opened (4 months) so everything fresh and the design is nice with care. Room very clean and the bed is huge, the biggest I ever had in Vietnam. Breakfast with many choices and the afternoon tea is lovely too. I stayed only for one night but the staff did their best to make me feel this is an unforgettable stay. In Hanoi there are quite many hotels that compete with each other and sometimes you read ratings that are not authentic. I stayed at another hotel before this one, which cost me the same and the reviews there is also good, even with similar hotel name but this one is way better, the other one was under construction and the facilities were way less than Le Premier. So I decided to leave this comment to help.

As the location is extremely amazing in the hart of the old town, the food and the services were on point , the staff were very friendly and very generous I had an amazing experience they did a free upgrade to my room and it was very clean and comfortable moreover I really appreciate Mr. Max whom helped us out during our stay and make sure if we need anything, he provided us free transportation to the airport because I booked 2 trips with him.

We had a wonderful stay at Eliana Signature Hotel. It was amazing value for money, and we were so happy when they upgraded our room for free. The room was clean, beautiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The receptionists, Rosie and Jessica, were absolutely lovely. They were so friendly and kind, and made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. They gave us amazing recommendations and were always happy to help. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of great options. The location is also perfect — close to everything you need while still feeling peaceful. Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff are all so welcoming. The location is perfect. The room was beautiful and spacious. We had the best nights sleep in this hotel compared to our whole time in Vietnam- full soundproofing. Totally quiet and no noise. Breakfast was delicious- so much choice. Hotel was really clean. Swimming pool was amazing to swim a few laps and relax in. The gym was modern and clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.
