They arranged a private pick up and drop off at the airport for us at a reasonable fee, and was super convenient. The hotel itself is nestled off the main road, but near enough to the airport, the night market, the beach, and all the things we wanted to see. I recommend you rent a motorbike from the hotel during the duration of your stay, as it helps a LOT to get around comfortably around the island, and it's much more affordable than taking taxis everywhere. It's only 150,000 dong per 24hrs, helmets provided. The owner of the hotel is this delightful woman who was so warm and welcoming to us. Ask her to make you some pate breadsticks for a snack, They are delicious! The pool is clean and beautiful, great for night swims, and pool towels are provided. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the shower has a rain shower and a shower head. Shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, and 2 bottles of water a day included, but no toothpaste, conditioner, or lotion. Our room had an AC and a fan, so the option was nice. We were delightfully surprised by the breakfast buffet. I usually skip hotel breakfasts, but this one was very nice and tasty. The hotel also helped us book local tours, and it was super convenient! All in all, a very relaxing environment with helpful staff and a friendly atmosphere. If we come to Phu Quoc again, we will stay here!!

That was definitely disappointing. Other than that it was great. The staff took such great care of my son when we said he was feeling a little sick. They played with him whenever we went for breakfast or lunch or dinner.

At Sakurakyo Hotel & Spa Phu Quoc - Free Hon Thom Island Waterpark Cable Car Until 15 December 2025 guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. First of all the staff is amazing and super helpful, the room was spot on and had a fantastic view of the fireworks show and the breakfast is not to be missed too. Hands down one of the best hotel I’ve stayed at.

The staff was always attentive and caring. Sora was an excellent host and communicated fluently in English. She replies quickly to any request by WhatsApp or phone. She also gives very good recommendations about where to go. The breakfast options include a variety of Vietnamese and Western dishes. Despite me being a pescatarian, I was able to enjoy many different breakfast options that were both delicious and nutritious. They have bycicles and motorbikes for rent. Cleanliness was above the average in this area. There are many places to eat lunch and dinner less than 5 minutes away walking from the homestay.
