We spent two nights with Sy and his family and it was lovely. They were very very kind with us. The room was very confortable and big and the location of the hostel is great, looks farther than what it is. Renting the bicycles from Sy was perfect, that way we could explore around and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We also tried the full body massage they offer and wow it was worthy!

This was easily the best hotel my wife and I have stayed in during our month travelling in Vietnam. We were on the 16th floor and our room had a great view over the city. The room was huge and the bathroom was also large, it even had a separate bath. The staff were wonderful and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. For the price, this hotel is a spectacular bargain and comes highly recommended by us.

A luxury 5 star hotel at its best. Our room was great we had a whole window-wall with ocean view. The room was big, very clean and with great design especially the bathroom. Many soaps, towels, bathroabs. Amazing pool on the roof facing the ocean and also a very nice cafe and restaurant. The staff is very kind and helpful to all your needs at all times. I forgot my glasses on my last day in Vietnam and they have been extremely helpful and caring, to help me get them back searching for the best way possible for me. This stay was a great value for money. With a cheap grab you can get to the city or the airport very quickly. The beach is directly across the street and seemed nice as well however we couldn't visit because it was stormy the day we were there.

I had a great stay here. The staff were exceptional and helped me with recommendations for restaurants and tours and helped organise a sleeper bus for me. Everyone is so welcoming and always with smiles and greeting me by name. The location is central and it's easy to walk to restaurants and shops as they are on the doorstep. My bed and pillows were so comfy too and the room super clean.. I got the sleeper bus to Phong Nha and it stopped outside the hotel which was really handy as I arrived at 3:30am in the morning and I was welcomed by the team, who helped with my bags to the room. I would come back here again.
