It was comfortable, clean, and in the perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helped us book tours, busses, and bicycles. She booked us a bus to Phong Nha and it turned out to be a really nice vip sleeper bus and was a great price (way cheaper than 12GO!). She even drove us to the bus station on her bike and waited with us until our bus arrived. The wifi was excellent. Breakfast comes with lots of fruit and the cinnamon pancakes were delicious!

Great price with even a delicious breakfast included. Central location. We recommend 100%. Thank you very much! Phong Nha is uncontaminated with a lovely nature and enchanting colours. Hotel has nice spacious rooms with balconies (though there was no seating on them). Beautiful views over the pool area and ocean. Pool area was nice and clean and towels provided. Hotel restaurant was good too and the bar downstairs produced some amazing and fresh cocktails for us.
