The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and helpful with information about parking options. When I discovered there is an option for a late checkout on Sunday, he added this information to my booking. The interior design of the hotel looks great and the room & bathroom were spotless. The room had a nice view of the Jakominplatz square.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. The room was pleasant, clean and very spacious. The bed was comfortable. It's close to the station, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby and it's not far from the centre. A 15-minute walk at most. There are also tram and bus services in front of the hotel.

Everything was OK. The room was clean and spacious. The soap in the bathroom ran out - the room service immediately sent and replaced it. Very attentive to customer needs. The position of the hotel is central, there is a parking for a fee - which is central too and 2 minutes from the hotel. ( before you go to the parking, call the hotel and they will redirect you with the procedures for it). The only minus is the fact that there was no mini fridge in the room, to put some water to cool down. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I recommend 100%.
