This is a wonderful calm peaceful and scenic village house in the heart of the lush Austrian countryside. One relaxes and sleeps to the gentle sound of a babbling brook in the garden.The lovely lady of the house welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality. Rooms are very spacious and all have generous balconies with panoramic views over the landscape. The house water is not just drinkable, but very soft, from a private well and it flows with high pressure in the shower. Breakfast is more than generous. A good selection of breads, hams and cheese, excellent coffee and those rich coloured fried eggs were definitely not the work of "unhappy" hens. All in all, a happy house where one would love to have had more time to stay and relax. If we had known how good it was, we would definitely have spent more time there.

Beautiful lobby area with a large seating area and artwork everywhere. The staff were wonderful, polite and thorough. The room was very good, with a large comfy bed. We had an amazing view of the street that is right outside the hotel. The bathroom was a nice size with a large shower. The location of this hotel is absolutely incredible. We were right downtown and walked everywhere. We also had breakfast which was pretty good with kind and helpful staff. The parking garage they are in cooperation with is right across the street, maybe 2 min walk away. All in all I love this hotel and would absolutely come back.

A great HOTEL ( with all capitals ) in the heart of the old town of Graz. Superb. Walking distance of literally everything ( including the Graz Hbf. train station ). Beautiful old town surroundings. Love the building and the interior as well. Just as the staff. Very nice people. The room ( no. 101 ) was cozy, very good sized with an extremely comfortable bed and a huge TV set ( 48" ) which we could watch a few World Cup 22' matches on after exploring Graz. Superb breakfast. Large variety of groceries, fruits, various spreads ( like the hummus and the pumpkin seed spread ! ). Fantastic high quality - professional - coffee machine for a supreme morning cappuccino or latte, even hot chocolate. Crispy and warm sweet and salty bakery products. The possibility of boiling eggs to your own taste is also great. The breakfast waitering staff was kind and professional. I admire them for not trying to cut corners with the quality of the coffee, food or even the size of the TV set. Everything's just like a hotel should be. We'll be back with my wife for sure !
