Host was very good, we arrived a little late due to a car breakdown but was greeted on arrival and shown to our room, host showed us the en suite and toilet and left us be. Room and en suite were very clean maybe immaculate with a great shower, everything seemed new.

    A great location, very good breakfast, the rooms are totally fine - clean, comfortable, especially I liked the bathroom which is typically the worst place in most hotel rooms, but in Ibis Aalst it is absolutely good!

    Location in the city centre is very good and the staff a very friendly and trying to help and to improve the temperature situation in the room. Cold water was offered free of charge.
