I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Hyatt,specifically at the restaurant during breakfast hours; Rose was very friendly,professional, made sure I had everything I needed and most importantly made me feel at home thank you Rose. The restaurant was clean,cozy soothing and relaxing,the interior was elegant and inviting, the food was delicious and fresh lots of options to choose from and catered to different dietary needs. Everything was perfect, the only thing I didn’t like was the pool that had cold water.

We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable executive suite with all the things in the room, eg tv, coffee maker although the coffee maker was troublesome at times, microwave, fridge etc. The sitting area and tv. Ironing board, iron and safe. It was also very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable too. We enjoyed having clean, fresh towels every day. Great shower. Enjoyed eating in the restaurant

The TV wasn't working. The employee tried to fix it several times, but it didn't work. They said they'd fix it, but they were absolutely not interested. It wasn't worth the money I paid. They said they would refund some money but they didn't.
