The hotel is situated in a beautiful building and it is very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. All products used are of extremely high quality (soap, food). There is a spa in the hotel which one can book. The location is fabulous - just 1 minute walk from the lake and a short tram ride from the center. But the best is the super friendly staff :)!

I really enjoyed my stay! Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location — very close to the airport, and only 200 meters from the train station. It was super easy to get to the city center — just a 15-minute train ride. Everything was great!

My wife and I travel a lot. and stayed in different types of hotels. We visited our son who lives close to the hotel and he made the booking for us. Upon arrival, we received from the staff and management a very sincere kind, and warm welcome. The room was super big, very clean, with a client-orientated interior and comfortable beds to sleep well. In nowadays service is often disregarded, we can truly say, the service in the hotel was in all aspects 10 out of 10 it was a positive atmosphere and the smiling and friendliness of the staff represented their true hospitality.
