This hotel blew me away with its charm. I had booked a hotel in another part of the city, which upon arrival was not what I was hoping for. I searched for a new hotel, and found Deutsche Eiche, made a same day booking and boy was I in for a pleasant surprise. My room was a single room, which was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The boutique style curtains and lighting finishes really gave a plush and comfortable feel. Room mini bar is free, breakfast included in the price and a complimentary drink on the rooftop bar sweetened the deal. The room has cute touches, like a sewing kit and enclosed shoe sponge, vanity kit and wash cloth. The restaurant is lovely with a great breakfast and good atmosphere.

Located in a quiet area, at 5 minute walk from U-Bahn and 30 minutes walk from Central Station, next to the park where the Oktoberfest takes place, is good for those who want to explore Munchen. The room , equipped with coffee maker, minibar and tablet, was big, very clean and had a comfortable bed and firm pillows. Breakfast was good and very varied. The staff was friendly and ready to provide all the support the one I had. Thank you for the early breakfast which you arranged.

Second time we've stayed here. Was great once again. Will be happy to stay here again anytime. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds firm, but one of the more comfortable in Europe. Bathroom was large and spacious with everything you need available. One block away from the largest beer garden in Bavaria (we walked here for dinner - highly recommended). Breakfast at hotel was yum with great choice. Mini bar in the room was nice too.

Very clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The room was very spacious even with our son's sofa bed. Great location, a couple of meters away from the center and also very near the main station (15 minutes). The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was quite good.

    This is exactly how I imagined a traditional 3 stars Bavarian hotel. The staff is very welcoming and never intrusive, the location is just perfect for walking to the city center and just around the corner from the subway, the room was clean and functional, the breakfast is simple but well arranged and at the end had everything I wanted.
