The sign of a first class hotel is the reception staff. They were gracious, poised, and eager to be of assistance. As a traveler in a foreign country where I do not speak the language this is especially valued. Suggestions on where to park, where to eat ( we also ask them to tell THEIR favorite restaurant), and what sights not to miss were very welcome.

Very nice room overlooking the park. Excellant breakfast. Very close to the central square, restaurants and bars. Wish we had stayed longer.

We had a last minute cancellation in our original accommodation. We called this hotel, and they responded immediately to our questions. An hour later, we decided to book when we were already at the door of the Hotel. The check in happened within minutes. Considering that it was Saturday night I find this service to be exceptional. We appreciate your help during such a touch moment.
