So glad we discovered this gem. A lovely hotel in a fabulous location. Very friendly staff, very comfortable room and we had the spa all to ourselves. We will definitely be back!

Well, we stayed only for 1 night. This accomodation is very good equipped, they have a reataurant (unfortunatelly closed day what we stayed). However we have used upper one very close as well.

We stayed for one night but would have happily stayed much longer. Everything was perfect for us. The location is fabulous - a pleasant 15 mins walk to the glorious Carnota beach, and just 2 mins to the famous Carnota hórreo, the longest in Spain. The rooms were spotless, chic and very comfortable, with towels, toiletries and a lovely view to the sea in the distance. What makes O Prouso super special is Pedro, the owner, who looked after us wonderfully well. He knew what we wanted before we did! He reserved us a table in the bar, made us a delicious chicken and potato dish for dinner…all without us speaking a word of Spanish! Everyone at O Prouso obviously works very hard to make guests feel comfortable, welcomed and catered for and Pedro is the perfect host. The bar beneath the rooms was lively and popular with locals, a real slice of Galician life. Marvellous! Highly recommend. We’d love to come back.
