The little touches really made a difference. The welcome on arrival & the attentiveness of the staff were second to none. The sweets & water waiting for guests on arrival as well as all the little touches in the room show an attention to detail and shows the effort put in by the staff & management to make each guests stay very special. Very clean. Room was spacious and well designed. The location was perfect. Far enough from the hustle and bustle to make for a peaceful stay, yet close enough that in a couple of minutes you can be right where the action is.

Good location, matrass and bathroom. We had a good stay in the hotel. Big shout out to Wally as well! He made our stay great: helped with the carlift (nice that you can park for free in this hotel), put our freezing blocks and food in the freezer/fridge for the night and he was so kind to us.

Polite helpful staff, great position right by the beach. Lively hotel with lots of people coming & going. ( not boring ) Great restaurant with an excellent Chef, we ate every night at the hotel, that is very unusual for us. My wife enjoyed the pool I loved the famous El Sardinero Beach.

Superb location in terms of its closeness to Ferry Port, petrol station to fuel up before departure. Modern, clean, super quiet and extremely friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. Very new and clean, it looked recently renovated. The rooms were of a good size, the bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was great, the windows are very well insulated, our room was looking onto a somewhat busy street but there was practically no traffic noise with the windows closed. AC worked very well. Everything in the room was super clean. The staff was very, very friendly, especially Estella was very nice and helpful with loads of suggestions for our stay.
