Parking was good, the main areas of the hotel were well decorated, had lovely furniture and were very welcoming especially the open fire in the bar area. The room was well decorated, comfortable and well laid out with lots of lovely snacks and plenty of milk and tea and coffee to select from. The bed was comfy and the room temperature could be easily changed to suit. The bathroom was good with a good shower over the nice deep bath. The bar had a good choice of drinks and plenty of seating areas. The breakfast choice and quality was excellent. All of the staff were welcoming and we were quickly greeted on arrival and each time we wanted to be served.

Centrally located in the heart of Chester and within the historic city walls, The Townhouse Hotel is a Georgian period house built in 1699.

Room clean and nicely arranged. Close to park and ride into town and not far from the Zoo. Breakfast good, staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Room was good and bathrooms was ideal. Bed was comfortable and pillows were good. We asked for room’s close together and we actually had rooms connected by an internal door which was brilliant.
