The fresh, clean and stylish family room, they were very large double connected rooms. From the moment we entered we were greeted with big smiles and a fabulous welcome from Lynne and Iwona . You are a great asset and just what Hotel Reception/front of house should be. We were let down by our previous booking at the eleventh hour and thankfully we came across Super 8 . Thank you for making our stay it was a shame we couldn't stay longer. Good luck Iwona on the opening of Super 8 in County Durham and if we are ever back in the UK and Durham we will definitely book with you. .

Was made to feel so welcome by the staff as soon as I arrived. I had booked a single room for the week but was upgraded to a large double. The room was excellent as was the food. I dined in the restaurant a few times during my stay and the service was great. Will definitely return.
