Three-Star Hotels in Sivota

We spent our 2023 summer vacation and the place was amazing! The Sivota Seascape villas have great location right in front of the sea, where the water is crystal clear and there is a small island in front at approx.100m distance. Inside the villas everything is at top quality and the view outside is astonishing. Everyday cleaning is done. Helen at the reception was so kind and helpful - she advised us of nearby beaches restaurants and bar. She also gave us fruit gifts for our last night just to confirm that the destination, the service and the kind people are great reason to come back next summer.

We had a great stay at Arillas Beach Hotel. We booked a double with a sea view and stayed for three nights. The property is beautiful and has a great view of Arillas Beach right below. We could see it from our balcony and enjoy the view at the bar/cafe area. The breakfast provided was very good, with a variety of savory dishes and pastries. This is a family-owned business and the staff was very friendly and helpful at all times -- Thanos gave us great recommendations for which beaches to go to and places to eat, and they even accommodated our requests. We recommend eating in Perdika which is only a ten minute drive away, Parga was too touristy. You may need to book dinner reservations for Perdika since it's popular with locals.

everything was perfect! great and very friendly staff. good restaurant on site. room was big, clean, nicely furnished, private parking, in walking distance to beach. kids loved the pool. area itself was not crowded/no masses so it was very "tranquil" experience in general.

The resort is surrounded by nature. You can hear and feel the smells as if you were in the forest. There are plenty of activities for children of all ages, so the kids enjoyed themselves.

We had such a warm welcome on our late arrival (past midnight) we were so grateful and it felt very safe and secure The breakfast was excellent too

Nice Hotel and nice people working there. The bedroom was clean and very quiet at night Inside the bedroom at sleep time. We also enjoy the swimming pool every day and also took our car to go around the island.

Amazing personnel, we felt welcome and truly taken care of. Mostly thanks to the extraordinary service, hotel personnel has provided, was this our second visit and we are already looking forward to visit for the third time next year. Accommodations were clean, nice, taken care of daily, with quiet air conditioning as well as the option to sit on the terrace / balcony ( smoking friendly on the terrace). Hotel restaurant and bar offers local as well as worldwide options of amazing food, drinks and snacks. There is a big selection of local specialties as well as burgers, pasta, pizza, salads and other traditional options. Food was extraordinary tasty, portions were big and great deal for surprisingly low price. At the bar there is a great selection of drinks, which are made by skilled bartenders and as well as amazing local pint beer ( which in hot day serves amazingly refreshing as the alcohol volume and the taste is light), as well as non alcoholic options such as milkshakes, soft drinks and coffee. Pools are clean, with optimal ph. level, amazingly close to the bar. One is located within the restaurant and there are sunbeds available at all of them. Children pool also available, as well as gym with boxing bag. Hotel beach is very close ( I would estimate less than 40 meters from our last accommodation and approximately less than 200m from the hotel restaurant). The beach is clean, and there are available sunbeds, umbrellas and mattresses. The water is shallow (kid friendly), and clean, there are water sports available near by and sand is being raked daily. Hotel also offers a huge selection of trips / activities which can be booked at the hotel reception. I can highly recommend trips to Paxos / Antipaxos , Sivota / Blue caves trips as well as daily after dinner activities such as "Greek Night", "BBQ Night".

Location is great, just 4 minutes walking from the beach Agia Paraskevi that was amazing. The swimming pool had a great view to the sea. Ioanna was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was big and very comfy.

We visited Hotel Urania for the second time. It is a very peaceful place with comfortable apartments. The apartment was clean, modernly furnished, and regularly and thoroughly cleaned. We really appreciated the excellent and tasty breakfasts, convenient parking right next to the hotel, and the clean swimming pool. The staff is friendly and responsive to any request. A beautiful beach with crystal-clear water and sunbeds for rent is located nearby. Within a 30-minute driving distance, there are charming little towns that are definitely worth a visit.
