Amazing place straight sea front with sunset view too. Lovely clean spacious room and shower room, large balcony to admire the sea. Hosts are very welcoming and caring. You can also enjoy nice food at restaurant downstairs. Really enjoyed it, perfect getaway. Sleeping with sea waves. Beach right in front of you. Lovely beach promenade and several nice restos and supermarkets 5-7mins walk. Bus stop in front, just 30mins from Split centre yet in peace. There’s TV, kettle, fridge, cups and glasses too. Spent 3 nights and will be happy to stay again.

Really nice pool area with shower, olive tree and sun beds. The apartment itself was very clean and functional but still comfy. Air condition worked well on both floors. Separate terrace shaded by wine branches (and grapes you could eat!) was perfect for having breakfast! Host was friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing vacation in Podstrana, Croatia! Our hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the apartment we stayed in had stunning views of the sea and mountains. Our stay was absolutely perfect. We had a warm welcome with drinks offered (water or beer), and the hosts kindly showed us where everything was and gave us the Wi-Fi details. Even though they didn’t speak English, everything was clear without words. It felt very kind and friendly. We especially loved the incredible views from the kitchen window and from the balcony, exactly as shown in the photos. The flat had everything we needed: for cooking, for storing and heating food, and everything for laundry. The bathroom was very clean, and overall the apartment was spacious and extremely cosy. Another huge plus was the temperature inside the apartment. Even though it was +29°C outside, we only needed to turn on the air conditioning for about 20 minutes in the evening after returning from walks, that was enough to make the apartment cool. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to bus stops, shops, and the beach. Only positives, we truly loved everything about our stay!

Great location, supermarket opposite. Good buffet breakfast - something for every nationality. Cereal, bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, ham, cheese, cheese cake, eggs cooked to your preference. Juice and endless coffee. Fabulous sea view from our 2 bedroom apartment which was extremely clean. Cleaners replaced towels and towel roll. Owners very friendly and helpful. They can help you book trips with a local tour company based 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I understand they can collect guests from the airport. Dog friendly. The Split Mall is only 25 minutes by car and if you do not hire a car it is possible to get the bus into Split which may take 45 minutes to an hour.
