Brendan at reception very friendly welcome .... even wanted to get our bags carried up to our room (they dont have any lifts) I loved the book snug on 1st floor landing and the beds were soooo comfy!

It had everything we needed: a fridge, a washing machine, each bedroom and an unsuite. It was located around the corner from a supermarket and there is a nice pub nearby - The Railway House. We called the owner because we didn't know how to lock the front door (lift up the handle) and he was lovely and friendly. Would recommend.

Great size of house, spacious kitchen diner and bedrooms. Bonus was each bedroom had ensuite showers. Very clean overall, crisp white bed linen. Towels and were also provided. The view was beautiful from the main room, looking out over the river. Owner kept in contact before arrival, which was a great personalised touch.

Very nice cabin, nice and toasty. Beautiful surroundings but not too far from Kilkenny city either. Lovely host.

I would put even more stars if possible! Everything was perfect! Great location for walking around Kilkenny. Room really comfortable clean and cozy. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming. Perfect breakfast. I definitely recommend it and for sure we will come back!

The newly renovated Glendine Inn is fast becoming one of Kilkenny’s best known establishments for Dining/Accommodation and atmosphere.

Breakfast was exceptional--gourmet eggs benedict; perfect quality coffee; little extras that make a meal special; attentive staff. Kind reception staff with maps and advice on where to go for dinner, what to experience in the town. The location was within walking distance to historical sites and shopping, as well as exceptional restaurants/pubs.
