We were lucky enough to be upgraded and we had a wonderful stay! The apartment had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. It was also a great location.

The location is amazing and the staff from the minute we walked in tired, with heavy bags, were helpful. Hannah on reception went above and beyond to help us with tours and ensuring we got a table in the restaurant. We loved the dinner and the breakfasts.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location was fantastic, convenient to many attractions. The room was clean and had a great view of the cathedral. And the lobby bar/lounge was a great place to unwind in the evening.
