La Luna is situated in a quite street, but only a very short walk away from the main tourist area on Fort Kotchi. It is well maintained, comfortable and clean, breakfast each morning on the roof terrace was delightful. But, what makes this place is Joseph: charming, helpful, always happy to stop and chat. He leaves you with the feeling that he is genuinely interested in you and loves running his establishment.

The location of the hotel is great in a small street and it is very quiet in the evening and especially at night. The Synagogue and the Jewish Quarter are very close. Breakfast was very good, fresh juice, fruit and south indian style. They also prepare an omelette, toast... The staff really tries to accommodate your wishes.

Tissa’s Inn is a lovely smaler hotel in a quiet street in central Fort Kochi within walking distance from the sights. The hotel is beautifully decorated with antiquities and the rooms nice and functional and everything spotlessly clean. And on the top roof there is a relaxing pool area. It is very well managed and the staff is very kind, efficient and helpful. They arranged a car with driver for us for a long round trip in Kerala, everything was perfect. We had a good communication with Sanitha about the car rental and other things, and she responds immediatly. We highly recommend Tissa’s Inn.

I booked Louis Backpacker and the experience was amazing. The view and ambience were really beautiful. At night, you can enjoy the cool breeze with a beer and good music—it feels perfect. This is one of the best places if you want a short break or even to work from home in a peaceful setting. Special thanks to Rishabh for taking care of everything. I stayed here 3 nights. The hotel is lovely. Everything was very clean and tidy. The room was nice and cool with the air conditioning. There is water in the room. That was nice, because it was hot when I was there. The people who worked there were very nice. They also had fun with each other. Everyone was cheerful. It felt like coming home every time. The breakfast was delicious. Everyone first got a fresh juice and some fruit. There was everything to order. I had muesli with coconut milk, because I eat vegan. There was also egg, toast or Indian food of course. You could just order more if it was too little. It was just a wonderful stay.

There were several things that we liked. The most important of all was that it was so quiet! No honking could be heard from the outside, no loud voices in the corridor nor banging of room doors! We had a good night's sleep. The other was that we were allowed to use their dining room to eat! This is unheard of of a hotel! When we arrived late, we had food with us. We were allowed to use their cutlery and after finishing our food, we just have to put the cutlery away in the respective containers and ensure the table is left as clean as it was originally. Thank you so much for this! We booked a junior suite and it was very spacious with a big comfortable sofa and plenty of storage space for our stuff. Some 5 star hotels don't even come close in providing shelves or even drawers! The staffs are very polite, helpful and proactive. There's a vehicle on standby for transport to the airport-which is only 5 minutes away, for a very very reasonable price. Just book early. The breakfast is limited but so yummy! There are many eateries about 10-15minutes walking distance away but the walk might prove to be dusty.
