I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite booking multiple times through online platforms, the hotel staff — especially the manager at reception — was extremely rude and unprofessional. Each time, they claimed they never received the booking, even after I showed them confirmed reservations with their hotel name, address, and booking details. It appears this hotel intentionally misleads guests by refusing online bookings, denying any association with booking portals like Booking.com and MakeMyTrip, even though the same hotel name, address, and branding were present on their business cards and signage. They then pressure guests into making direct bookings at a much higher rate of ₹2000 per night. This unethical practice is misleading and causes a lot of inconvenience to travelers. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property, as it is unreliable and the management lacks basic customer service etiquette.
