Reception is opened 24/7 so when you arrived even late at night you are able to get your room. Italian style breakfast was very tasty. Room was cleaned every day. We were able to leave our languages in a reception desk at the leaving day and they were kept for us till evening so we can walk around the city without extra weight. I totally recommend this hotel for everyone.

The hotel was really accepting about our check-in delay (transportation issues) compared to our expected arrival set in our reservation. The room is accessible thanks to the unique code which also lets you enter the building after 11pm. Floors are reachable by either stairs or a lift. In the room there were available toiletries in a sufficient amount, as well as towels in both sizes. The room had air conditioning, a safe, and a smart TV. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable. The cleanliness of the room exceeded expectations; daily cleaning available upon request (via tag on the door). Despite the hotel being right next to the main road, the room was quiet. Right next to the hotel is a supermarket and a restaurant with great food. When in need, there are also vending machines for food, drink or other necessities (electronics, pads, other common medical supplies,…) available until 11pm. This place also offers breakfast, but we didn't opt for this option, so cannot review.
