Ten minute walk to town and next to a soccer stadium so need to plan carefully to either miss the soccer crowds or be close to the action if you are a soccer fan. Nice reception staff and the rooms are bright, spacious and have all the usual amenities including a balcony. Comfortable bed. Good en suite with great shower and plenty of hot water. Rooms are not over heated as seems to be common in Italy in winter. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Great location being only a few metres from the old city wall. We were able to store our bikes on facility. Room very basic but bed comfortable and room and facilities clean. Great breakfast including hot food, was a bonus. Great value for money.

Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming, excellent customer service from Angelo at reception. Room was big, very spacious in the room and the bathroom, bed was extremely comfy, breakfast was lovely so much to choose from and delicious, and car parking spaces. We would have stayed here longer but were travelling to Venice, would definitely recommend to stay here.

We were here for a wedding party and banquet. The staff is very nice, polite, welcoming and helpful. Hotel has a nice garden and is located in quiet neighbourhood but close to the main road.
