Excellent location. The building is beautiful, well kept, and with all the required amenities. The room was spacious, and very comfortable. The private onsen was just the icing of a cake. The staff was very polite and helpful as well. I'll surely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel , huge lobby, and room, friendly front desk staff who are able to communicate in English assisting us re room reservation issue due to unexpected health issue. Really appreciated. Dinner was the highlight with sashimi, wagu beef, hot pot with lots of seafood, countless little dishes of appetizers and finally the smooth custard.

Friendly and english speaking staff. Clean room and very convienient check out-process. Nice breakfast. Great location, close to Beppu Station and a short walk from Kitahama bus stop. I would stay here again if I come back to Beppu.

I loved everything about this boutique hotel, starting from the design of the entrance. The room was big enough considering the Japanese standards, the private onsen was a dream! But what I mostly loved was the top-notch dinner we had (9 course menu) - everything was super fresh. Great service as well. Thank you so much, will recommend this hotel to all of my friends coming to Beppu.

The facilities at the hotel were very clean and modern. We had a very comfortable room, and enjoyed the public (outdoor and indoor) onsens as well as the very delicious locally themed dinner and breakfast meals. We also loved the extra amenities, which include but were not limited to a variety of drinks, popsicles and an outstanding shampoo/conditioner bar. There is also a free 20 minute shuttle bus to and from Beppu Station. We were able to conveniently book this shuttle initially by contacting the hotel privately through the Booking app. Finally, the staff were extremely welcoming, kind and friendly thoughout our stay. It was hard to leave and we would definitely consider coming back in the future.
