Great location, right beside the station. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Staff was v friendly and allowed me to leave my luggage with them when i arrived early in the day Location is right beside the train station, convenient Managed to borrow a bicycle from them which made it easy to travel around the city!

There is an onsen for guests' use on the top floor. You can look out at the surrounding mountains, and can see Mount Ichizuchi from the bath. That made it that little bit more special than some other onsen's I used. Very convenient location for train travel. I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel, as I only booked it for the location. It is one minute walk from the train station and there are bus stops outside the train station which you can use to get to the Mount Ichizuchi ropeway. There is a machine for ice in reception.

All seemed quite new. Very good hotel. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Good location close to railway station.

It's right next to the station, so if you have to be in Saijou for whatever reason (say, hiking), it's the perfect location. Very convenient and clean, and the staff was super kind. . Also, wonderful views of 石鎚山.
