Such a friendly place to stay. The owners and staff were exceptionally nice. The room was beautiful and a great size. And the onsen was lovely. A close walk to many attractions and always lovely to come back to.

The Man at the counter had to be the most lovely Japanese man i have ever met. He always asked about our trip and made excellent suggestions on where to go.

Most of all I loved how the staff treated us, they responded to all of our requests. Especially grateful to the dinner and breakfast manager. I appreciate them preparing vegan meals and taking into account all of our food restrictions. Location is great, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The Hotel has an open roof where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise/sunset view in Matsushima.
