We stayed in 11 hotels/villas during our stay in Sri Lanka and this was our favourite! Stunning location, right on a wide stretch of sandy beach. A few other restaurants close by or about 15mins by tuk tuk to Unawatuna. Also 5 mins from the train station, took the train to Galle. Amazing pool, kept very clean and the water is clear which is strangely unusual for Sri Lanka so well done to them. Also quite warm. The pool is private to those staying at the villa. There’s only 4 rooms in the villa which is located next to the restaurant where breakfast is served and they do great food all day. Very good breakfast, the usual affair of fruit platter, yoghurt, eggs (we enjoyed Sri Lankan omelette), toast and tea/coffee. Rooms are large, we also had our 4yr old on a separate bed and a baby in a cot, all fitted in the room easily. Shower and toilet are in separate rooms which is good.

I enjoyed my stay here a lot! Beautiful room with bathroom and access to the kitchen. Very comfortable bed with mosquito net, nice balcony with chairs. Breakfast was delicious! Either Sri Lankan or English breakfast served to the kitchen just in front of my room. 10 min walking distance from the beach, shops and other restaurants. Very quiet area. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Can definitely recommend you to stay here!

Amazing accommodation experience! I was staying for 9 nights. The location is very good: not so far from city, but groceries, banks are near. Not so far from train station but you will never hear the trains. Wild nature. Cabins are very clean, good equipped. Washmachine is available. Place for parking is available and owner helped with motorbike renting. The breakfasts were overwhelming! Everyday fresh, every day new option, generous portions. Once owners arranged a local-style dinner 😍 The owner was very helpful and friendly, did a much for my comfortable staying, thank you very much! ❤️

Nuwan and his lovely housekeeper, Rasika were very helpful and honest. Nuwan knows Sri Lanka extremely well and was a wealth of knowledge. He is able to organise a large variety of services across the region. Rasika was very sweet, laundry services were offered, breakfast was lovely too. Nuwan and Rasika were always happy to help and answer any questions we had. The location is perfect, especially for a surfer. It’s a very short walk to three surf breaks.

The room was super clean and very spacious. The bed was very nice and large, a lot of space to put your things. Hashan, the owner, made us feel very welcome and was always available for any type of request. He helped us with everything from laundry to boat safari to getting the bus to mirissa. We would definitely stay again and recomend anyone to stay at this lovely hotel 😊

The location was perfect for the beach. The accommodation is in a quiet street that is very peaceful away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely little chilled pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful with anything you need. We had a lovely Sri Lankan breakfast whilst there. The room was beautiful too probably the nicest room we had our whole stay!
