Beautiful hotel, very close to all tourisme places. Very clean. The staff is always available 24/7 and smiling. Good communication. Very good expérience. Lift is in construction , so it will a good plus.

The rooms were clean. The staff was nice and very flexible. They tried to accommodate all my requirements. I checked in very early because my bus arrived at Jaffna at 6 am and they allowed me to check in immediately. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. The Wi-Fi speeds were good. The location is 5 mins walk from Jaffna town, but still in a quiet neighbourhood. The hotel has space available for limited number of vehicle parking as well. They have a backup generator on standby, which is a bit loud for me as my room was close to it.
