The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Since this resort is located a bit on a hill, they offered free pickup service from Tanah Rata bus station, and shuttle service at certain times. Breakfast was a good mixture of western and Malay. They have cats. And one wanted to play with us. :D

The place is authentic, very clean, with amazing mountain view. The room we stayed in was spacious, air conditionned and very comfy. We had a nice balcony where to chill at night.
