An excellent hotel in a very central downtown location in Kuching, on a lively road in the heart of Chinatown. The breakfast options were good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful on all occasions. When staying here, you can walk (or take a short Grab ride) to many places of interest in the downtown area, such as the waterfront promenade and the nearby bars and restaurants. And right across the road from the hotel is the amazing Borneo Rednecks music pub, where they have live music most or all nights (it's well insulated, so the sound of the music stays inside the pub). Overall an excellent experience!

clean & tidy. service good and the staff were helpful. just one thing, my last stay experience was, the housekeeping give me a broken iron and i accidentally burn my shawl 🥲🥲. everything was great except the IRON. please upgrade and buy new iron 🫶🏽
