Everything i been staying at PRINCESS HEIGHTS for years and is always pleased ..never fome in contact with staff othercthan at the check-in process with the receptionist .Very pleasant and professional 👌. Location- proximity to the airport and hotel was right above supermarket with hot meals and by restaurants. Had to stay overnight because American Airlines cancelled our flight and the hotel worked out perfectly for us for the unexpected overnight stay.
