The hotel room was super big with a beautiful Bathroom attached. Room was super neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room had a beautiful spacious balcony as well. The hotel is located at the heart of Hoian where everything is easily Accessible. I have to mention about our super friendly and supportive Hotel Staffs- Mrs. Flower and Mr. Robert . I have never met such nice,supportive,helpful and wonderful people by heart❤️ Our stay in HoiAn became more enjoyable because of their warm hospitality 🙂 They always greeted us with a big smile on whenever we were entering or leaving the hotel, such a heart warming gesture. They offered us so many different food when they heard we were vegetarian. They also made sure we enjoy with safety and always took Great care of Us. Mrs. Flower and Mr. Robert paid extra attention to My Mother, which is also recommendable 🙂 Thankyou Again to Mrs. Flower and Mr. Robert, You have become a part of our family now. We would recommend your hotel specially for You people to everyone.

First class hotel! The rooms were very nice and clean, and the water pressure was the best we've had in Vietnam:) and the personnel were so helpful and nice to the guest! We checked out in the morning, but our bus was late so we didn't have a place for our luggage, but the hotel let us keep our luggage and even let us stay and use the pool area, so nice!

Lee is an amazing host. I only stayed here for one night. He gave me an upgraded room and prepared the bed with flowers because it was valentines day. Such a sweet gesture! I would highly recommend staying here if you look for a nice hotel near the centre of Hoi An!

Very nice spacious rooms, with balcony and a nice bathroom. One of our rooms even had a decent kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we could borrow bikes for free even after we checked out, the were not the best bikes, but can’t really complain when they were free.

The hotel exceeded our expectations: the room was quite big and very bright during the day because of the big windows. Chloe and the girls at the reception were always friendly and helpful, showing courtesy in every encounter. The location of the hotel is just outside the city centre - which for me it was perfect, because we could walk to the main attractions/ restaurants but could also have a more peaceful night of sleep at night. I would definitely come back to the hotel!

This is a small, quiet hotel halfway between the coast and Hoi An, both just a km or 2 away. It is a clean, nice breakfasts, and on a small countryside road. Lots of Vietnamese cooking classes and vegetable gardens around. However, the best part was the help and friendliness of Hoe (the manager) and Be (cook). Both of them went over and above to make the stay pleasant and help accomplish what I wanted to do in the area. Organizing car and drivers, guides, taxi's, running out to bring back fresh cinnamon buns, a ride on the back of Hoe's motor bike, whatever. They both did things with pleasant speed and efficiency that far exceeded expectations. You'll like this place.

    Great location but still quite. Hot water in shower was fabulous. Breakfast is a simple option but very nice. This is not a high end hotel with room service etc. It is a good budget hotel/homestay establishment that does what it does very well. I would certainly stay here again.
