The rooms are beautiful and very clean, and the views from the terrace rooms are gorgeous! Rice paddies and water buffalo on one side, and sunsets over the city on the other. The beds are super comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly and they provide a good breakfast every morning. The owner and staff are incredibly kind and considerate. They can arrange airport pickup and drop-off and help book tours and meals. This hotel is great value for money and is the perfect location, a bit away from from the bustle of the old town but still walkable, and a quick bike ride or a walk to An Bang beach. There's also a handy market right next door! Best little hotel in Hoi An! I will be staying here again when I come back.

Mr Lee was a perfect host. The place is very clean and the breakfast (a la carte) was very good. Mr bought fresh bread every morning and his wife cooked the breakfast for us. Mr Lee helped us arrange our day trips, book our airport transfer and gave us great recommendations for scenic restaurants. The place is 2 minutes away from the centre - close enough to enjoy but far enough to block the noise. I highly recommend staying here.

Our family of two adults and two youths really enjoyed the overall character of the villa. We initially stayed in the family room and later into our stay, two separate double rooms. The girls especially enjoyed staying in the family room, which had bed curtains. We enjoyed interacting with Flower (the host), who made breakfast for our group daily and was ready to help us out at the drop of a hat. She was warm, welcoming, accommodating, and made our visit memorable because we got a small sense of the "slice of life" of the people of the region. We left some of our non-essential belongings behind, which Flower helped get back to us. She also offered help when my oldest daughter's cold started to settle in. Overall, she really did go above and beyond to help us out. IT WAS A GREAT STAY!!
