We really liked everything about this Hotel. The owner is really nice and helped us to enjoy as much as possible. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk to the river and the oldest part of the city.

Beautiful room, spacious, clean and luminous. Bed was very comfortable and the shower had good pressure and hot water. The top floor balcony with the view over the rice field is worth the extra money in my opinion. The staff was very kind and eager to help. Loved the free bicycle, the old town is reachable within 5min with it. There is also a convenience shop right next to the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, not a wide range of choice but considering the size of the hotel it is pretty normal.

The location was right at the old town Entrance so it was very convenient to walk. Lee was an extremely warm host who gave us all the recommendations on where to go and what to eat during the checkout. He also helped us in getting a good deal for airport drop. Highly recommend his place for a great value for money stay. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

The hotel exceeded our expectations: the room was quite big and very bright during the day because of the big windows. Chloe and the girls at the reception were always friendly and helpful, showing courtesy in every encounter. The location of the hotel is just outside the city centre - which for me it was perfect, because we could walk to the main attractions/ restaurants but could also have a more peaceful night of sleep at night. I would definitely come back to the hotel!

The hotel is located close to the centre. Sophie the receptionist and her boss both were very helpful with organising my activities, book tickets etc. They both speak good English which is important) Warm welcoming atmosphere so for sure I will recommend this hotel or stay again.     Great location but still quite. Hot water in shower was fabulous. Breakfast is a simple option but very nice. This is not a high end hotel with room service etc. It is a good budget hotel/homestay establishment that does what it does very well. I would certainly stay here again.
