We had an amazing experience: we got upgraded to a room that had a balcony with a swing chair. The room was so big, it made the bed look small (it was a king sized bed). Staff were very welcoming, especially Ahmed, who went over and beyond to make sure everything was to our linking. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Riyadh.

Customer service was quick, professional, and very kind, which made the stay even better. I definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.
